Is the number of posts I can add restricted?
No, there is no limitation, you can add as many customer posts about your products as you like and visitors could see them all using different kinds of navigation.
How do I add content to the widget?
You only need to find which client posts on Instagram you would like to demonstrate on your site and copy-paste their links to our editor. That’s it!
Can set the order my posts will be displayed?
The widget will display your posts in the order you added them. But you can also change the order manually right in the editor, by simple drag-and-drop of each post to the desired place.
How do I add sticker to the post picture?
To add emoji sticker, enter the post settings in the editor and choose the needed sticker out of the library - the sticker will be automatically displayed on the picture.
Can I make my testimonials scrollable?
To let visitors scroll down the page to load more Instagram posts with your products, choose Grid layout in the Layout tab of the editor. Thus your testimonials will be displayed as a grid and visitors could just scroll or press “Load more” to see further.
