It’s absolutely easy. As soon as you get authorized on G2, the widget will automatically display all the reviews that are on your page. Don’t forget to use filters to manage what will appear on the site. It will also update to show every new review immediately after it appears on your G2 page.
Is it possible to filter reviews for my website?
There are three filters in the widget. Enter a keyword or name into Exclude filter box, and it will remove all reviews containing these words. Type filter can be set to show all or only positive reviews. With quantity filter, you can choose the number of reviews you want to display.
Can I get website visitors to leave their reviews, too?
Use review request button to invite visitors to leave their reviews on your G2 page. The button will redirect them right there.
Can I make an active carousel with reviews?
Yes, you can arrange your reviews into an active carousel. Users will be able to slide it. For this you need to choose Slider layout of the widget. You can also set arrows or drag navigation and choose slide switch speed.
How can I change the size of the widget?
