Alter the icon and text of speech bubble

Chat bubble is the element that users see first and associate with dialogue. Choosing the right bubble icon may help to show the main idea of your chat box: customer support, order placing, apartment booking, and so on. We offer a library of thumbnails for different cases, so you can pick out the most suitable one. And bubble text field is here to show your custom message next to the icon.

There’s also an option to add a notification to the title, it will appear after a start-chat trigger has activated.
