The most convenient file embedding
Our widget has been designed to make it maximum easy for you to embed files into website pages. Our file manager includes three ways of adding a file. Choose to upload from your computer, embed by an URL, or find and pick the file in the list of the latest uploaded files. It’s smooth and quick.
Allow files viewing right on the page with File Viewer
This layout option opens for your users a chance to view the file, which you published on the page. This layout displays the file with scrolling, pagination, and zoom available, so that users can view the file till the end without leaving the website. There are options to open the file full-screen and download it.
Grid and List layouts to show clickable file icons
Grid and List layouts were created for those, who prefer to show only file icons. If you choose one of these layouts, users will be able to click a file icon or name to open it in a new browser tab. You can also display Download label next to the file name, which opens the file for downloading.
Customize the icon and upload your own
The PDF icon that your users see before the file name is fully customizable. The widget offers six various styles to choose, you can paint it any color you like, and even more, you can upload your own image and use it as icon or preview. If your have chosen File Viewer layout, you can as well resize the preview image. And in case you don’t need file icon, you are free to switch it off in the widget settings.
Color icon, background, and more interface elements
It’s not only the file icon, that you can color yourself in the settings os our widget. You can also add a touch of color to the widget title, the file name and the Download label, the file background, and the widget background. So it’s everything to make files fit into the general color concept.
Adjust the width of the widget and choose font sizes
There are several flexible size options in the widget. First of all, you can separately set the font sizes of widget title, file name, and Download label. Using a drag control, it’s easy to find the right font size. And you can also choose the width of the widget yourself. It can be set in pixels or percentage – whatever you find more convenient.
