OpenTable Reviews Examples

Check OpenTable Reviews examples to reveal the full potential of the widget. Make sure it will suit your any goals.

Example 1. Review Request

Here, the reviews are arranged into a spacious widget in original OpenTable colors, with a moderate header. The header shows the overall rating of the page and shows the amount of users who have posted their recommendations with the pictures of the most recent ones. The photos lead to your page when clicked. The review-request button invites users to leave a new review, with the Yes option painted blue to attract clicks.

Example 2. List

You can integrate reviews into a page in a manner of a clean list. If you switch the header off and apply Auto width and height dimensions, as in this example, the widget will automatically fit into the free space on the page and will look well-balanced. Make use of filters to restrict the amount of reviews, reveal only those having positive ratings, or hide away certain reviews by keywords.

Example 3. Masonry

In this widget, a variety of reviews is built into Masonry structure, which places reviews in the optimal layout based on the height value. This color made the widget look absolutely unique. The star rating on the reviews is here to demonstrate high social proof.

Example 4. Grid

The combination of Grid layout and Spotlight review template brings a refined clear interface of the reviews. Straight lines and center aligned review texts draw viewers’ attention. Linear geometry of Grid layout may as well fit with any other review template – the interface elements were designed to be fully compatible.

Example 5. Carousel

This widget in the Slider layout shows the reviews via an active carousel with autoplay. This is a perfect variant, for example, for the main page of a site. Slider layout has several navigation elements: arrow, drag, or pagination. It’s available to select the number of reviews that will appear per slide.

Example 6. Slider

If you show reviews one by one will direct the attention of users. In this use case the choice of template changes the order of the elements: the author’s picture and star rating are placed above the text with all elements aligned center. Other reviews can be seen by drag or using arrows.

Example 7. Sidebar

Here’s a brilliant example of the way to seamlessly insert a reviews widget into your site with very limited space. In the Sidebar layout, the widget has no extra elements, only the essential parts and the size allowed is small enough yet all functions are there.
