Ways to add video to Wix
- Use Wix Video
Click Add → Video & Music, choose a player and connect a YouTube or Vimeo link or upload a file.
- Add a video box
A Video Box can autoplay a short clip on hover or in a strip.
- Embed HTML for embed code
Click Add → Embed Code → Embed HTML, choose Code and paste an iframe or widget code.
Adding a video gallery or YouTube feed
For a YouTube channel feed, TikTok videos or several sources in one gallery, use Embed HTML with a video gallery widget.
Paste a Video Gallery code into Add → Embed Code → Embed HTML.

- Open the editor
In the Wix dashboard click Edit Site.
- Add an embed
Wix Editor: + → Embed Code → Embed HTML. Wix Studio: + → Embed & Social → Embed Code.
- Paste the code
Click Enter Code, paste the installation code and press Update.
- Resize for desktop and mobile
Stretch the element until all content fits and no scroll bars appear, then adjust it in the mobile editor and Publish.
Tip: Wix places embeds in an iframe, so the element’s size matters. Wix Premium sites with a connected domain can also add code through Settings → Custom Code.
