How to Add a Video Gallery to OpenCart
You can build your Elfsight Video Gallery and place it on your OpenCart store in a few steps:
- Choose a Template: Open the Elfsight editor and select a gallery template that suits your storefront and video content.
- Build Your Collection: Add links from YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Vimeo, Twitch, or Custom Source.
- Set Up the Gallery: Customize its layout and design, configure filters and sorting, enable the mini-player if needed, and choose your preferred Video Behavior.
- Copy the Installation Code: Click “Add to website for free” and copy the code generated for your Video Gallery.
- Place It in OpenCart: In your OpenCart admin, go to Extensions → Extensions, select Modules, and create an HTML Content module. Paste the Elfsight code in Source/Code view and enable the module. Then open Design → Layouts, choose the required page layout, add your module to the preferred position, and save the changes.
For stores where you want the same widget on several pages, Elfsight also provides an OpenCart custom-module installation option for versions 2.x and 3.x, with page and position selection from the store settings.
