This behavior occurs when you have inserted the Yottie shortcode to an area that doesn’t support WordPress shortcodes. To fix it, you need to re-insert the Yottie shortcode using our tutorial. (https://elfsight.com/help/what-are-wordpress-shortcodes-and-how-do-i-use-them/)
When you paste the Yottie code into your page, sometimes the shortcode gets displayed instead of the actual plugin. This is especially frustrating when you’ve followed the installation and set-up instructions and done everything right. So what’s causing this?
