Sometimes this behavior can be quite a problem, and require our help. But often the reasons this happens are simple and can be fixed on your own.
If you can’t get a Yottie gallery to display on your WordPress website, this is what you need to check first of all:
- See that the Yottie shortcode has been added to your webpage, to the area that works with WordPress shortcodes. Here’s where you can find more information on shortcodes (https://elfsight.com/help/what-are-wordpress-shortcodes-and-how-do-i-use-them/);
- If you are using a WordPress theme developed with ajax, there might be a ready solution for you. Check for it here – (ajax article link).
If none of this helps, open a ticket at our Support Center, and we’ll be happy to help you!
