The first thing to do in case your widget doesn’t display on your website after you’ve added the widget code, is to make sure that you’ve switched your website’s editor to HTML mode before adding the code. If you add the code in text mode, parts of the code might get cut off, and so the widget won’t display.

Another reason for this issue is that you’ve added the installation code of a widget that you’ve already removed from your Elfsight Apps account. Although this sounds like a silly reason, mistakes will happen, so you need to check for this, too.

Another thing to check is your browser’s error console. Our widgets use JavaScript, so if there are any JavaScript errors on your website, they might negatively affect the work of our widget. You need to fix the errors first of all.

If none of these reasons apply to your case, please, contact our Support Team and send them the link to your widget. They will be happy to help you in the shortest possible time.
