This might seem like a serious error, but in fact the reasons for such behavior are often simple and easily fixed. Let’s see what you can do in a situation like this.
If your WordPress site doesn’t display InstaShow feed, first of all you need to check the following:
- There are page areas where WordPress shortcodes don’t work, and you need to make sure that you haven’t added the InstaShow shortcode to such an area. If you did, you need to re-insert the shortcode into an appropriate place, or read our shortcodes article at (https://elfsight.com/help/what-are-wordpress-shortcodes-and-how-do-i-use-them/), and find out what you can do to display the feed exactly where you want it to;
- Private Instagram account – if your feed’s source is an Instagram account, it’s got to be public. Instagram API doesn’t allow us to work with private accounts;
- If your WordPress theme is ajax-powered, here’s the information that might help you Instagram feed InstaShow doesn’t load on Ajax-powered websites.
